Goal: Gather broad community input on priorities for this future park.

Town staff and Parks & Rec Committee solicits feedback via online survey and in-person pop-ups at events. Phase concludes with publication of Community Input Summary Report.

Concept Development (Jan-Apr 2026)

Goal: Translate community visioning feedback into design criteria.

Parks & Rec Committee reviews Community Input Summary Report and works with Town staff to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for conceptual designs.

Design Review & Budgeting (Summer-Fall 2026)

Goal: Review RFPs, gather community input on design proposals, and finalize budget.

Gather community feedback via open house meetings, focus groups, and online input. Parks & Rec Committee reviews all feedback and finalizes design recommendation. Town staff prepares budget for incorporation in FY28 budget.
